Hai the Rock hotel Gibraltar is a Perfectly adequate clean well positioned hotel.
The hotel is quiet and feels safe. The only negative experience was the fact that the central air-conditioner in the
hotel got partially broken during my stay. As a result the room was not cool enough. The last few nights were very hot.

The only positive points of the Hotel is its location, fairly convenient, and its very friendly staff. Unfortunately,
though, the overall experience was very negative for my husband and me. We are both experienced travelers and I think our
point of view is just fair. The room was very small and the bed was extremely uncomfortable,to the point where
it was impossible to sleep without rolling toward each other in the center of the bed.02/05/05
Hai the Rock Hotel is a great Hotel ! .06/06/03
I wasn't able to pay for my stay with my credit card when I arrived the hotel's machine wouldn't accept foreign cards! I
had to go and find an ATM to get cash - other than that my stay was fine. The room was quite small but for an overnight
stay the hotel was clean Hai the Rock hotel is centrally located and the staff were friendly - definitely good value for
money. 05/08/04
