We stayed at the Queens hotel gibraltar with my spouse for one night although I had read warnings about the hotel. Just could not find anywhere else to stay in Gibraltar with 75 euros (50 £). I suppose the other alternative would have been to stay overnight in La Linea de la Conception - the Spanish town on the other side of the border. The standard of the hotel was poor but I suppose it was ok for one night. . 07/2004
